Operations Director

Subsequent to his academic studies, Robin worked for several years both as an employee and as an independent consultant in the field of Human Factors. This enabled him to gain a wide experience in the disciplines of human computer interface design, development and evaluation, research design and analysis, risk management and technology assessment.

In 1987, Robin became one of the founder members of the Psychological Solutions Partnership; an organisation which provides business psychology services to its industrial and corporate client-base. Robin's area of expertise was in team building and project management and, over time, he developed the infrastructure in which the organisation operates today.

Robin has been with the network since its inception and is currently its Operations Director, with responsibility for the development and delivery of services to members.
