Our consultancy programme typically comprises of:

• Benchmarking where the consultant will work to a pre-defined programme benchmarking the firm against relevant indices (for example, for Lexcel, this would take the form of a pre-assessment audit by one of our qualified assessors. For profitability, this would comprise a comparison with similar types of practice), or
• Advice where the consultant will work in a less structured way to provide you with advice and options. This may be more appropriate for firms that are currently developing, or considering developing, their practice in a particular area and would welcome a different perspective on their programme or pointers on which direction to take.
