Lexcel Services
The Lexcel quality mark works for your firm at several levels:-
· It is a sign to your clients and prospects that you provide a quality service;
· It provides a framework for you to develop efficient systems and improve your profitability;
· It provides evidence to the Solicitors Regulation Authority that your firm complies with the new Solicitors Code of Conduct 2007.

From our experience in assisting over 100 firms to achieve the Lexcel Standard, we have developed unique and innovative methods of support.
LEXCEL STEP-BY-STEP
The Network’s Lexcel Step-by-Step programme is aimed primarily at firms that are in the early stages of preparing to meet the standard.
The phased programme is designed to guide firms to acquire the kite mark over a 6-9 month period. Every two months, participating firms receive written guidance on particular aspects of the mandatory requirements; including advice, examples and checklists enabling the firm to gauge its progress in each area.
The programme is backed up by our consultancy advice-line and also visits by one of our consultants as required.
LEXCEL BLITZ
The Network’s Lexcel Blitz programme is designed for firms that wish to commit resource to achieving Lexcel within a shorter period. This programme is particularly suited to firms that are already part way though their preparations but where a “kick start” is required to enable them to achieve the standard.
For an agreed fixed fee, we will devote whatever consultancy resources are required, within an agreed, fixed time period, to enable your firm to be ready for assessment. A Network Lexcel consultant will visit the practice prior to the commencement of the programme and as frequently thereafter as necessary.
ALREADY ACHIEVED LEXCEL?
For those members that have Lexcel, our team is on hand to provide commentary and updates to the standard as it is revised. Also, we can provide you with a pre-audit review in preparation for your three-yearly audits.
