network

set

the
provision
of
a
quality
service
to
their
clients.
MEMBER
QUALITY
All
firms
applying
for
membership
of
The
National
Solicitors’
Network
are
visited
by
one
of
our
team
of
qualified
consultants
to
ensure
that
they
have
the
requisite
skills,
capacity
and
quality
awareness
to
service
the
work
generated
as
a
result
of
their
membership.
Firms
with
an
existing
quality
mark
(e.g.
Lexcel,
Investors
in
People)
are
encouraged
to
apply,
albeit
that
this
is
not
a
pre-condition
of
membership.
MEMBER
SUPPORT
Member
firms
have
access
to
qualified
consultants,
at
specially
negotiated
rates,
to
assist
them
in
developing
the
quality
of
the
services
provided
by
their
firm
and
to
gain
recognition
under
one
of
the
externally
accredited
quality
marks.
MEMBER
INITIATIVES
Member
firms
also
have
access
to
the
various
quality
initiatives
run
by
The
National
Solicitors’
Network.
Previous
examples
include
the
(free)
provision
of
an
Office
Procedures
Manual
and
our
Legal
Aid
Franchising
programme,
which
assisted
over
100
member
firms
to
achieve
a
franchise
in
the
first
tranche.
The
network’s
current
focus
is
on
Risk
Management,
on
which
topic,
workshops
were
available
in
March.
