We offer a very flexible approach to the process of putting your customer in touch with the appropriate local solicitor to service their legal needs. Each of our clients has their own structures and procedures and, of course, in many cases their own professional rules with which they must comply.

Our operations team will work with you to ensure that the method of referral/instruction meets you operational and professional requirements.

We put your customer in touch with the solicitor. You provide us with details of customer and case and we allocate the appropriate solicitor.

A lender client who sends us the papers in relation to repossession hearings, we allocate the case to the appropriate firm covering the relevant County Court

A web based client has a “find a solicitor” facility on their site which emails to us the customer enquiry details. We then allocate the case to the local solicitor with the appropriate skills.

You put your customer in touch with the solicitor. You (and/or your sales force) is provided with details of the panel solicitors and you make the introduction between customer and solicitor.

An equity release provider whose sales team have access to an on-line search facility which they check prior to each meeting with a potential customer.

A Financial Services provider whose sales team is provided with a paper based panel list, to which they can refer in customer meetings.

Your customer is provided with access to the panel and they make the selection. This option is usually web based via a search facility.

A Web site which links through to our site for legal services

A specialist small business web site which has access to a “find a solicitor” search facility on a white label basis (we provide the data which they present on their site, with the panel being labelled as their panel). The enquirer has the facility to email their chosen solicitor direct.
