The
tenet
upon
which
fee
structures
across
the
network
are
based
is
“A
quality
service
for
a
reasonable
fee”.
Where
a
panel
is
managed
on
the
basis
to
the
provision
of
specific
services,
such
as:
- Conveyancing
- Equity
Release
- Mortgage
Repossession
hearings
- Wills
creation
The
National
Solicitors’
Network
will
agree
with
the
corporate
client
a
fixed
fee
that
network
solicitors
will
charge
for
the
service.
Where
a
panel
is
managed
on
the
basis
of
the
provision
of
a
range
of
services,
such
as:
- Small
Business
advice
- Private
Client
services
The
National
Solicitors’
Network
will
agree
with
the
corporate
client
a
charging
rate
(usually
a
range,
depending
upon
matter
type
and
the
seniority
of
the
solicitor
dealing).
In
many
cases,
a
free
initial
interview
is
provided
by
the
network
solicitor.
For
example,
in
Personal
Injury
cases,
the
client
can
meet
the
solicitor
that
would
be
dealing
with
their
case
and
the
solicitor
can
determine
whether
the
client
has,
indeed,
got
a
case
and
outline
the
possible
courses
of
action
–
all
prior
to
“the
clock
being
started”.
Agreed
fee
levels
and
charging
rates
are
built
in
to
the
overall
service
level
agreement
which
the
firm
signs
off
prior
to
being
included
on
any
individual
panel.
