the
progress
of
cases.
The
software,
which
has
been
developed
exclusively
for
The
National
Solicitors’
Network
over
the
past
three
years
can,
for
example,
enable
a
corporate
client
to
view:
- The
number
of
cases
acted
upon
by
network
members
- The
number
of
“live”
cases
- The
number
of
completions
- The
number
of
cancellations
or
cases
“on
hold”
- The
average
time
to
case
completion
- Which
firm,
and
which
solicitor,
is
dealing
with
each
individual
case
- The
precise
status
of
each
individual
case
Case
status
can
also
be
made
available
to
the
individual
customer.
The
case
tracker
facility
is
accessed
by
password,
via
a
secure
web-site,
to
ensure
data
integrity
and
total
privacy.
Each
client
has
their
own
area
of
the
case
tracker
and
their
own
password
and,
as
such,
can
see
only
the
data
relating
to
their
own
cases.
