As part of our ongoing programme of support to members, in helping them to maintain and continuously improve the service quality of their firms, we are pleased to announce a new series of Risk Management workshops (As a service to the profession, the programme is also open to non-members).

You will already know that professional indemnity rates, along with most other forms of insurance, are set to increase dramatically this year and next. Consequently, good risk management is more critical than ever in reducing the impact of claims and professional indemnity premiums.

It will be those firms that deliver a culture that values its clients in dealing with complaints positively and effectively, develop an ongoing risk management strategy and foster an ethos of service management principles that will be viewed more favourably by insurers.  Together with our insurance and quality assurance partners, we will continue our Risk Management programme and service right through to renewal in September.

'Protecting Your Practice' has never been so relevant and will cover specific and practical examples of how best to implement successful risk management strategies.
